PPD session1
This is the first class of the semester. Most of the content in this class is about the study of business courses and the review of our SDS homework. And, detailed introduction of our weekly class content and homework this semester.I also gave a very detailed brief explanation about SDS. I needed to select a retailer or brand, develop a product within the scope of cooperation, and launch a marketing plan for this new joint product.Secondly, I have to play the role of a fashion buyer, and I have to do research on the style, color and size of the products of the brands I choose to cooperate with. Also, I had to plan a marketing communications campaign for the retailer to support the launch of the new product.
This class taught a very important part about the marketing mix of brand cooperation. The importance of marketing is to introduce the products and services of a brand to specific customer groups. The target market and target customers are determined by age, gender and economic status. By combining the elements of the two brands, the products can achieve different effects and influences.In this class, I think the most difficult thing is to choose brands for cooperation, and it is also very difficult to integrate the mixed elements of two different brands. I have spent a lot of time on brand cooperation, and I think I should do more next time to learn more about brand products.I think my advantage lies in the marketing mix of brand cooperation. I analyzed the history, products, prices, positions and target customers of these two brands from different aspects. I have described these details in detail in my marketing Mix.
In these classes, I learned how to make extended marketing mix for the brand I chose. I thought about different aspects and categories of their products, but I felt I needed to learn more about how to market them. And can well integrate them into different products, which is my next step to understand and complete the work.In this class, I gained a lot and clearly knew the learning direction of term 2 and weekly tasks. I also learned how to conduct a brand survey and marketing mix for brand cooperation. This is one of the most rewarding points for me.I will work harder to complete the task of this semester!
