fashion media 2

This is the second class of Fashion Media, and we have customized in the last class,Footwear, Styling and Production, Moving and still image making and Editorial. Now we will explore  PR & Communication ideas Fashion Journalism and content creation.

The main content of this class is to create your own written and visual content. We will format and layout to present to a fashion media audience standard. In this class, we will work in pairs. One of us will have 15 minutes to ask the other about the shoes she made and then write an interview. I shared my emails on social media and my blog with my partner to get as much information as I could. In addition, we also put the shoes we shot on the page of interview. The questions we ask should be brief and direct, use the question as the title, and then the answer. The question should also be related to the content, not like a story, but informative. When summarizing the partner’s answers, we need to summarize some key points and relevant information and put them into writing. Don’t write as long as an essay, but to the point. Next, use the questions and answers to do an interview layout, so that others can clearly see the information inside. Use images to make your layout look colorful.

I think the problem I met in this class was that I couldn’t make the layout look attractive when I was doing it. The whole page will look boring. So I met a difficulty in the process of doing, I came up with a solution, that is, I should learn more about PS software, need to learn more image page processing technology, it will be very useful for me. Another difficulty I had was not asking my partner specific questions about shoe design, because two of the questions I asked her were very similar. I should improve this problem. I should know more about her shoe design content and her own ideas and ideas before raising questions. You can’t always ask questions in accordance with your own ideas, and it will be better if you can combine her ideas.
