My class today is Visual Studies 2. Our main task today is to collage and explore. We need to create more with our shoes.
First, we needed to combine exploration and experimentation, and get shoe shapes and illustrations out of it. The first step is to analyze these shapes and choose a piece to cut out, and then choose a model to change the part you cut out. It could be clothes it could be arms it could be anything. We can create a collage that reflects fashionable clothing.Secondly, the second step is to use sulfate paper to depict the line draft of your collage from your own collage, extract every detail and draw its shape according to it. On the third day, cover a new sheet of paper from your sketch and use it as a template. Using various painting tools on this one, I used watercolors and markers.I think my advantage is to copy the collage I made with sulfate paper and to depict its line draft. I love sketching its structure and shape, and I love making collages.My weakness is that I am not good at coloring the line draft with painting tools. Every time after coloring, I feel that the whole drawing looks dirty. I think I am not good at color collocation, a good color collocation is very important.
I think I’d like to know more about how to color pictures and how to balance them with colors. And I should know more about the color matching problem which is very important. Finally, I can try different colors of different styles.
